• Budget Forecast & Actualization:
o Update forecast documents and non-working spend documents based on latest forecasts
o Track media spend actuals by channel and run variance analysis against objectives and goals

• Invoice Processing:
o Handle the end-to-end process of invoice management, including receiving and uploading invoices from media vendors within respective systems. Ensure that all invoices are accurate, properly documented, and submitted for timely payment. 10%
• Budget & Pacing Tracking:
o Manage weekly pacing across all channels by updating pacing documents and sending updates to larger team
o Support Manager, Media Investment Strategy with intra-channel budget allocations and data needs to make shifts and allocations
o Monitor and budget allocations for Paid Social media campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with the approved budget and goals. Regularly updating budget trackers. 40%
• Creative Handoffs:
o Act as the liaison between the Media Campaign Sr. Manager and agency teams to ensure seamless hand-offs of creative assets. This involves gathering all necessary materials, such as ad creatives, copy, and visual assets, in a timely manner and organizing handoffs alongside monthly media plans. 15%
Qualifications
Experience Years
• 2+ years of work experience, 1+ of these in in digital marketing, Paid Social, or marketing finance preferred 2
• Excel mastery and data analysis 2
Education Certification and Licenses
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Analytics or relevant experience N/A
